Join us on Saturday February 11th at La Boquita for a very special culinary event! Utilizing Rancho Santana’s multi-acre organic garden and farm, La Finca y el Mar’s executive chef Adam Bannerman has prepared a special tasting menu highlighting the bounty of tropical vegetables and fruits grown in both Nicaragua and Vietnam.
The evening begins at 6:30pm with fresh coconut water, cocktails and light snacks, followed by a family-style feast along with explanations of each dishes, it’s origins and anecdotes from Chef Adam Bannerman’s travels.
