The tranquil ambiance of The Pool House at Playa Rosada is the ideal setting for a glass of Spanish Verdejo or Sangria Blanca complimented with Panceta y Sandia or Patatas Bravas. Following in the foot steps of the renowned La Finca y el Mar, Chef Adam Bannerman has created a menu featuring fresh ingredients from our on-site farm and garden. Boasting an open air kitchen and terrace dining space, our newest venue allows guests to watch their meals be prepared while taking in sunsets over the Pacific.
