La Finca y el Mar is located in the private residential resort community of Rancho Santana.  Non-residents and non-guests are welcome to visit the restaurant for dinner with reservations made 24 hours in advance. The restaurant is open only to residents and guests for lunch.

Semana Santa at La Finca y el Mar

Join us for a variety of Semana Santa culinary delights & specials at all of Rancho Santana’s Dining Venues over Spring Break.

El Bistro at El Café at The Inn will be open from 5pm until 9pm daily from Friday, March 23rd through April 1st as a pop-up restaurant featuring an extensive cheese and charcuterie board and select favorites including Bar Steak, French Onion Soup, and Nicoise Salad dishes.

La Finca y el Mar will be open daily, and La Boquita will be open regular hours Wednesday through Sunday during Semana Santa.  Both venues will be offering a variety of Nicaraguan holiday dishes & specials.
